About Me
After over 25 years working in 'people' roles in highly successful and award-winning international businesses in London, I retrained as an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor. I have 'lived experience' of some of the challenges that life can bring and carry a deep devotion to mental wellness for all. Change is possible.
I have an Advanced Diploma and a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and also of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) through whom my initial training was accredited. I abide by their codes of ethics, which can be found here: (UKCP BACP). I am constantly researching CPD opportunities to further deepen my offering to my clients and have completed year long training courses with The Gestalt Centre (London) and CSC (to further enhance my Systemic practice). I am always well in excess of the expectations for both CPD and Supervision from both the BACP and UKCP.
I am fully covered by professional indemnity insurance with a specialist provider.
