How I store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in the cloud under a secure account with two-factor authentication.
I keep your information confidentially for the duration of our work and for three years afterwards in line with the BACP timelines for any complaint procedures. I will then dispose of your information by deleting all that clearly identifies you. Process notes are retained but completely anonymised and archived.
